Are the products authentic?
YES, CCBellavita only deals with authentic products.
The vast majority of our products are pre-owned, i.e. commercial samples, employee's purchase, celebrity and other third-party resale. Where available, the original purchase receipt will also be provided, issued by the retailer of the brand in question, thus enabling you to benefit from the manufacturer's after sales service if and where available and/or applicable.
Delivery to Europe&Asia: TNT/EMS international trackable package, 5-8 days
*Excess package size will be sent by EMS as default, occasionally the delivery period might be longer due to the intense air traffic, extreme weather condition or holiday periods.

Will I be charged the import tax when I receive the package?
We have experienced shipping company to handle our delivery, the package will be marked as a "commercial sample" or "Gift" with low value.
Also each package is insured, if ever the import tax is charged by local customs, the full amount will be reimbursed to our customer.
How do I pay for the purchase?

All the sales are final, and the buyer agrees with our terms and conditions when the order is placed. All the products are carefully packaged for dispatch. However, in the case of damage during the transportation we will replace the product free of charge, the proof of damage must be provided within 3 days after receipt and the original product returned with complete and original packaging. No refunds will be provided. We do not refund postage charges, which must be borne by the buyer.
Can I get my bag repaired?
Whilst many of the fashion houses worldwide have stopped providing repair services (even when purchased directly), we are able to provide full after sales service for our customers. Simply return the product to us and we will arrange to get it repaired by professional craftsmen dedicated to each brand.
