All the items are direct from the manufacture or associated boutique, employee's purchase and celebrity resale. Each product is sold with original purchase receipt issued by the brand of which can enjoy equal after sales service.

 
What is the delivery method and time?
 
Each package is dispatched via secured courier and fully insured.
Special order may take up to 14 working days due to the longer processing time of original receipt (applicable for Chanel, Hermes and Bulgari products)

*Delivery to USA & Canada & Australia: DHL/USPS/EMS couriers, 3-8 working days.   

*Excess package size will be sent by EMS as default.

*Delivery to Europe: EMS international trackable package, 3-8 days

From where will my order be dispatched?
 
CCBellavita is a syndicated online shopping website, which sources its products from a variety of outlets worldwide. Aside from European destinations, all orders will be despatched via the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free-Trade Zone (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shanghai_Free-Trade_Zone), from where it will be forwarded to its final destination. In this way import and other duties can be minimised upon arrival at it’s final destination. Alternatively, we can dispatch your order directly from Italy using TNT International express delivery service, providing the buyer is willing to pay any additional postal charges and potentially additional import duties.
 

 

Return Policy

All the sales are final, and the buyer agrees with our terms and conditions when the order is placed. All the products are carefully packaged for dispatch. However, in the case of damage during the transportation we will replace the product free of charge, the proof of damage must be provided within 3 days after receipt and the original product returned with complete and original packaging. No refunds will be provided. We do not refund postage charges, which must be borne by the buyer.

 

Can I get my bag repaired?

Whilst many of the fashion houses worldwide have stopped providing repair services (even when purchased directly), we are able to provide full after sales service for our customers. Simply return the product to us and we will arrange to get it repaired by professional craftsmen dedicated to each brand.
